Recordamos el aniversario natal de Buddy Holly con True love ways, una de las más bellas baladas del inolvidable cantante y compositor. La canción, escrita por él (como regalo de boda para su esposa Maria Elena) y Norman Petty, fue registrada (en su última sesión de grabación) junto a la Orquesta de Dick Jacobs en octubre de 1958, apenas tres meses y medio antes de la trágica muerte de Holly a los 22 años. El single no apareció hasta 1960, con el legendario artista de Texas ya fallecido. Convertida en standard, aún hoy se interpreta en muchas bodas anglosajonas.
